✅ Working Principle

The X-ray security inspection equipment consists of the following key components: baggage handling unit, X-ray source and control unit, signal acquisition and processing system, transmission mechanism, image processing system, and electrical control system.

During operation:

The baggage is conveyed into the scanning tunnel via a conveyor belt.
Detection sensors send relevant signals to the control unit, which then triggers the X-ray source to emit rays.
The X-rays, shaped into a narrow fan beam via a collimator, pass through the baggage and are detected by an X-ray sensor.
The received rays are converted into electrical signals, which are then amplified and transmitted through a USB interface to an industrial control computer.
The computer processes and reconstructs the signals into high-resolution images for security analysis.
