1. Return Policy (7 Days)

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We will be unable to accept returns or process refunds after the 7-day return window has elapsed.

1.1 Conditions for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition it was delivered.
  • Have no physical damage, scratches, dents, or burnt marks.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and cartons.
  • Be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, tampered with, or altered.
  • Items damaged due to electrical faults, wrong installation, or mishandling.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Software-based products or activation codes.
  • Clearance, promo, or discounted items (except if defective upon arrival).

2. Refund Policy for Undelivered or Changed Orders (30 Days)

Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the order date if the order is not delivered or if the order is cancelled/changed by the customer.

Refund requests after 30 days from the order date will not be processed.


3. Exchanges (If Applicable)

Items may be exchanged within the same 7-day return window if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item was defective on arrival (subject to inspection).
  • The item does not match the description on our website.

Exchange approval is subject to product inspection by our technical team.


4. Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with manufacturer or Basec Africa warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not damages caused by:

  • Power surge
  • Wrong installation
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or negligence

Warranty claims do not fall under the 7-day return policy and are handled separately.


5. Return/Refund Process

To request a return or refund, customers must contact us via:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the item (if defective)

6. Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the pickup or return shipping fee, except in cases of wrong or defective items delivered by Basec Africa.
  • If a refund is approved, shipping or handling fees (when applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Processing Time

After receiving the returned item:

  • Inspection takes 24–72 hours.
  • Refunds (when approved) are processed within 3–7 business days.
