- Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days (via Air Cargo, DHL Express, or GIG Express)
Order Processing: Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
Return Policy:
- Standard Return Period: 7 days from delivery date
- Refund Policy: 30 days from order date (for undelivered or changed orders)
Return Conditions:
- Goods must be in good condition as delivered, with no broken parts or damage caused by poor power surge.
- Sealed products must remain sealed and untempered; if seal is broken, goods must be in good condition.
- Customer is responsible for return logistics.
- Basec is responsible for exchange logistics.
- Original packaging and accessories must be included with returns.
- Products must not show signs of wear and tear or misuse.
- Returns are subject to inspection and verification by Basec.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method.
- Returns for exchange will be subject to product availability.
