The 6M Automatic Electric Tyre Killer is a robust, long-length barrier designed for maximum lane coverage and total vehicle immobilization in high-security environments. Built from Q235 steel with durable anti-corrosion paint, this heavy-duty system guarantees exceptional strength and long-term reliability.
With 10mm-thick blades set at 180mm spacing, rising to 130mm in just 2 seconds, this system provides rapid deployment against unauthorized vehicles. The 6-meter width ensures full-lane coverage for wide gates, logistic terminals, and multiple-lane checkpoints.
Capable of supporting up to 50 tons, it easily withstands heavy-duty and commercial vehicles. The IP68 protection rating ensures resilience against dust, rain, and extreme conditions, while the 220V single-phase electric control system allows secure operation from up to 1000 meters away.
This model can be custom-colored to fit site aesthetics and integrated with existing access control systems, such as RFID readers, security gates, or surveillance networks, for seamless operation.
